Official statutory text
(a) All personnel appointed in the California Cadet Corps pursuant to Section 502.1 shall wear uniforms prescribed by the Adjutant General. Primary uniforms shall be consistent with uniforms of the State Guard with distinctive California Cadet Corps markings.
(b) Personnel wearing the uniforms described in subdivision (a) shall meet appearance standards consistent with the State Guard.
(c) Personnel not meeting the standards described in this section may wear an alternate uniform approved by the Commander of the California Cadet Corps.
