Official statutory text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any bonds issued and sold under the Veterans Bond Act of 1982, and the Veterans Bond Act of 1984 may be refunded in accordance with Article 6 (commencing with Section 16780) of Chapter 4 of Part 3 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code, without regard to the first sentence of Section 16786 of the Government Code.
