Official statutory text

There is hereby established in the State Treasury the California Main Street Program Fund. All private contributions, federal funds, and fees for services, if levied, shall be deposited into the fund for the operation of the program. The moneys in the fund shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, for the purposes of this article.
