Official statutory text

The director may accept donations of services, including architectural, engineering, construction management, or other professional services, construction labor and materials, or any other donations, in addition to donations of funds to be integrated into the project on terms and conditions that, in the discretion of the department, will contribute to the successful prosecution and completion of the restoration and preservation project. The director may, in addition to any other criteria authorized by Section 14661 of the Government Code, include the donation of goods and services as a basis for selection for the design-build entity.
