Official statutory text
The Secretary of the Resources Agency shall provide for an independent audit of expenditures pursuant to this chapter to ensure that all moneys are expended in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. The secretary shall publish a list of all program and project expenditures pursuant to this chapter not less than annually, in written form, and shall post an electronic form of the list on the Resources Agency’s Internet Web site.
