Official statutory text
(a) A holder of a dealer’s license issued under this article is not in violation of paragraph (29) of subdivision (a) of Section 1770 of the Civil Code for excluding from the advertised, displayed, or offered price of a vehicle a fee or charge identified in subdivision (b) of Section 11713.1.
