Official statutory text

The operation of the North Bay Aqueduct, or any joint-use facilities of that unit or project, shall conform to any applicable standard established by the State Water Resources Control Board relating to the State Water Resources Development System. The director shall continue the work of the Sacramento-San Joaquin water supervision service now under way to maintain continuing records of the source, extent, and occurrence of salinity throughout the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
