Official statutory text
When local organizations have agreed with the Secretary of Agriculture upon a plan for works of improvement pursuant to the authorization contained in said Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act or in said Public Law 566 and desire financial assistance from the State pursuant to this chapter, they shall file an application with the department requesting the department to recommend to the Legislature that an appropriation of funds be made for the next fiscal year.
