Official statutory text

The board shall as soon as practicable after receiving the report of completion cause to be made a full inspection and examination of the works constructed and the use of water therefrom. The permittee shall furnish the board with such records, data, and information as may be required to enable the board to determine the amount of water that has been applied to beneficial use and whether the construction of the works and the use of the water therefrom is in conformity with law, the rules and regulations of the board, and the permit.
