Official statutory text

Public land of the United States within any district shall be subject to assessment for all purposes of this chapter to the extent provided for by the act of Congress approved August 11, 1916, entitled “An act to promote reclamation of arid lands,” or any other law which may hereafter be enacted by Congress in the same relation, upon full compliance therewith by the district.
