Official statutory text
At any time prior to incurring any indebtedness or obligation, or upon the full payment of all indebtedness or obligations of a distribution district a petition, signed and acknowledged by not less than the number of owners of land constituting the distribution district required to sign a petition to form the distribution district, may be filed with the board requesting that the distribution district be dissolved.
