Official statutory text

In a county water district formed to include all or part of Pleasant Valley, Ventura County, each member of the board of directors, whether elected or appointed, shall be either a voter of the district or an owner of land within the district.

The provisions of this section shall apply only to the board of directors of a county water district formed in all or part of Pleasant Valley, Ventura County. These special provisions are necessary for reasons similar to those expressed in Section 30205.
