Official statutory text
Immediately upon completion of the repair or alteration of any dam or reservoir, the owner shall give notice of completion to the department and as soon thereafter as possible shall file with it supplementary drawings or descriptive matter showing or describing the dam or reservoir as actually repaired or altered together with such maps, data, records, and information pertaining to the dam or reservoir as repaired or altered as the department requires.
