Cal. WAT § 8730.1

Official statutory text

The board shall acknowledge the receipt of all applications in writing within 10 days of receipt. All applications shall be acted upon within 90 days of receipt, except that applications subject to the provisions of Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code shall be acted upon within 180 days of receipt. Applicants may waive the requirement that applications be acted upon within such period.

This section shall not apply to emergency permits.
