Cal. WIC § 10101.2

Official statutory text

(a) Prior to the 2011–12 fiscal year the state’s share of the costs for the support and care of former dependent children who have been made wards of related guardians under Article 4.5 (commencing with Section 11360), or Article 4.7 (commencing with Section 11385), of Chapter 2 of Part 3, shall be 79 percent of the nonfederal share of the amounts as specified in Sections 11364 and 11387.

(b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), beginning in the 2011–12 fiscal year, and for each fiscal year thereafter, funding and expenditures for programs and activities under this section shall be in accordance with the requirements provided in Sections 30025 and 30026.5 of the Government Code.
