Official statutory text

Notwithstanding paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 8243 of the Education Code or paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 10281 of this code, alternative payment programs and agencies administering CalWORKs Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3 programs, serving children zero to five years of age, inclusive, may utilize funds for administrative and support services to provide early childhood mental health consultation services, if the service meets the requirements of Section 10281.
