Official statutory text

(a) “Set rate” means the per child per month rate set by the department for an AFDC-FC group home program or foster family agency.

(b) “Set rate” includes the rate set using projected data supplied by the provider for a proposed program, the rate set using data reported by the provider for an existing program, or the rate set using the results of a rate review, rate appeal, or audit done by, or on behalf of, the department.
