Official statutory text

When child care services are provided by a program funded under Section 8481 of the Education Code to a recipient under this article or any other job training program for recipients under this chapter, and the job training program utilizes vouchers for child care services issued by the county or a contracting agency, reimbursement for those child care services shall be made at a market rate established by the State Department of Education pursuant to Article 15.5 (commencing with Section 8350) of Chapter 2 of Part 6 of the Education Code.
