Official statutory text

For purposes of computing and paying aid grants under this chapter, the director shall adopt regulations establishing a budgeting system consistent with Sections 11265.1, 11265.2, and 11265.3. Nothing in this section, or Sections 11004, 11257 and 11450, or any other provision of this code, shall be interpreted as prohibiting the establishment of, or otherwise restricting the operation of, any budgeting system adopted by the director.
