Official statutory text
Each local child support agency shall submit to the department data revealing the range and median time periods by which notification of the receipt of child support payments collected on behalf of a family receiving aid under this chapter is made to the local welfare department. The data shall contain the number and percentage of cases in which the payments described herein are conveyed within the time period prescribed by federal law.
