Official statutory text

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12200, the amount applicable under that section to a disabled minor residing in a nonmedical out-of-home facility with a nonrelative guardian shall be the amount specified in subdivision (g) of that section, as adjusted for cost of living pursuant to Section 12201, except as provided in subdivision (d) of Section 12201.
