Official statutory text
The Director of the State Department of Developmental Services shall have the final authority for determining all other employee needs after consideration of program requests from the various hospitals, and with the concurrence of the Health and Welfare Agency, the State Personnel Board, the Department of Finance and the Department of General Services, as appropriate, may establish positions to assist with the planning, development, direction, management, supervision, and evaluation of patient, administrative and support services in the hospital facility.
