Official statutory text

The State Department of State Hospitals shall regularly consult with the Napa State Hospital Task Force, which consists of local community representatives, on proposed policy or structural modifications to Napa State Hospital that may affect the Napa community, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

(a) Changes in the patient population mix.

(b) Construction of, or significant alterations to, facility structures.

(c) Changes in the hospital security plan.
