Sec. 2-56n. Codification of public act 24-81*.

(b) The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying sections 131 to 232, inclusive, of public act 24-81 or any public act of the 2024 session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of said sections.

*Note: Public act 24-81 is entitled “An Act Concerning Allocations of Federal American Rescue Plan Act Funds and Provisions Related to General Government, Human Services, Education and the Biennium Ending June 30, 2025”. (See Reference Table captioned “Public Acts of 2024” in Volume 16 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
