Sec. 7-323n. *(See end of section for amended version and effective date.) Office of State Fire Administration.

*Note: On and after July 1, 2025, this section, as amended by section 4 of public act 24-136, is to read as follows:

“Sec. 7-323n. Division of State Fire Services Administration. The Division of State Fire Services Administration within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall: (1) Carry out the provisions of this part; (2) administer the state's responsibilities under federal laws relevant to fire service; (3) develop a master plan for fire prevention and control; and (4) carry out any other function which the commission may devise.”
