§ Â 1451. Theft of a firearm; class F felony.
Official statutory text
(a) A person is guilty of theft of a firearm when the person takes, exercises control over or obtains a firearm of another person intending to deprive the other person of it or appropriate it.
(b) Theft of a firearm is a class F felony.
