§ 8-151.09c. Report on greenhouse gas emissions in District procurement.

(a) By January 1, 2023, the Department of Energy and Environment shall publish a report on its website with recommendations for how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with goods and services procured by the District, including:
(1) A comprehensive list of what goods and services can be tracked and reduced using life cycle analysis data; and
(2) Best practices for reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with procurement of such goods and services.
