Authorization of appropriations
Official statutory text
(a) In general
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out sections 31a to 31h of this title $64,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2031.
(b) Allocation of appropriations
Of any amounts appropriated for any fiscal year in excess of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2005—
(1) 50 percent shall be available for the State component; and
(2) 4 percent shall be available for the education component.

Wage Rate Requirements
For provisions relating to rates of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics on projects for construction, alteration, or repair work funded under div. D or an amendment by div. D of Pub. L. 117–58, including authority of Secretary of Labor, see section 18851 of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare.
