110.1523 Adoption of model rule.

The model rule shall be effective 20 days after having been filed with the Department of State and shall become part of the personnel rules of all applicable state agencies 150 days after the effective date of the rule to the extent that each agency does not, subsequent to such effective date, adopt a rule that sets forth the intent to specifically amend all or part of such model rule. Any employee or organization representing employees shall be considered a party for purposes of any rule required by ss. 110.1521-110.1523, notwithstanding any provision of chapter 120 to the contrary.
