121.76 Contributions for social security and for retiree health insurance subsidy.

Official statutory text

Contributions required under this part shall be made or deducted, as may be appropriate, for each pay period and are in addition to employer and member contributions required for social security and the Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy Trust Fund as provided under parts I and II of this chapter.
