14.058 Inauguration expense fund.

Official statutory text

There is established an inauguration expense fund for the use of the Governor-elect in planning and conducting the inauguration ceremonies. The Governor-elect shall appoint an inauguration coordinator and such staff as necessary to plan and conduct the inauguration. Salaries for the inauguration coordinator and the inauguration coordinator’s staff shall be determined by the Governor-elect and shall be paid from the inauguration expense fund. The Executive Office of the Governor shall supply to the inauguration coordinator suitable forms to provide for the expenditure of the fund and suitable forms to provide for the reporting of all expenditures therefrom. The Chief Financial Officer shall release moneys from this fund upon the request of the inauguration coordinator properly filed.
