153.75 Annual reports of district board.

Official statutory text

The district board shall cause to be made at least once each year a comprehensive report of its water system or sewer system or both including all matters relating to rates, revenues, expenses of maintenance, repair and operation and renewals and capital replacements, principal and interest requirements and the status of all funds and accounts. Copies of such report shall be filed with the district clerk and shall be open to public inspection.
