17.0416 Authority to provide services on a fee basis.

Official statutory text

The Chief Financial Officer, through the Department of Financial Services, may provide accounting and payroll services on a fee basis under contractual agreement with eligible entities, including, but not limited to, state universities, community colleges, units of local government, constitutional officers, and any other person or entity having received any property, funds, or moneys from the state. All funds collected by the department under these contracts shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.
