17.10 Record of warrants and of state funds and securities.

The Chief Financial Officer shall cause to be entered in the warrant register a record of the warrants issued during the previous month, and shall make such entry in the record so required to be kept as shall show the number of each warrant issued, in whose favor drawn, and the date it was issued. He or she shall account for all state funds and securities.
