180.25 Contents of notice of issuance of certificates.
Official statutory text
The form of the notice for advertising the proposed issuance of mortgage revenue certificates or debentures shall contain the amount of the certificates to be sold and the rate of interest thereon; a description in general terms of the utility to be constructed; the time, place and date where bids for the sale of the same are to be received; and such other pertinent information as may be deemed necessary.
