29.017 Pending proceedings; applicability of ch. 2003-402.

Official statutory text

For the purpose of implementing s. 14, Art. V of the State Constitution, the transfer of the funding responsibility for the state courts system shall not affect the validity of any judicial or administrative proceeding pending on the day of the transfer. The entity providing appropriations on and after July 1, 2004, shall be considered the successor in interest to any existing contracts ratified by the successor entity, but is not responsible for funding or payment of any service rendered or provided, in whole or in part, prior to July 1, 2004.
