1-611 ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF COURTS — APPOINTMENT BY SUPREME COURT — TERM — COMPENSATION.

Official statutory text

1-611. Administrative director of courts — Appointment by Supreme Court — Term — Compensation. There is hereby established the office of the administrative director of the courts of the state of Idaho. The Supreme Court shall appoint and fix the compensation of the administrative director, he to devote his full time to the duties of such office and to serve at the pleasure of the court.
