DECLARATION OF LIABILITY — PUTATIVE HOLDER REMEDIES

14-5-1102. ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL REVIEW. (1) A putative holder may seek administrative review of a recommended order issued under section 14-5-1002, Idaho Code, or affirmed or modified under section 14-5-1101, Idaho Code, as provided in section 67-5244, Idaho Code, by filing a written exception with the state treasurer or the state treasurer's designee within fourteen (14) days after the service date of the recommended order, unless tolled by the filing of a request for an informal conference pursuant to section 14-5-1101, Idaho Code.

(2) The state treasurer or the state treasurer's designee shall issue a final order pursuant to section 67-5246, Idaho Code.

(3) Reconsideration and judicial review of any final order shall be as provided in section 67-5270, Idaho Code.
