21-149 CONFLICTS WITH OTHER LAWS.

Official statutory text

21-149. Conflicts with other laws. Whenever any provisions of the existing laws of the state or of any laws enacted at the fortieth session of the Idaho legislature, are in conflict with the provisions of this act, it is the declared intention of the legislature that the provisions of this act shall control and supersede all such laws.
