3-411 DISBURSEMENTS — POWER OF BOARD — COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES.

3-411. Disbursements — Power of board — Compensation and expenses. For the purpose of carrying out the objects of this chapter, and in the exercise of the powers therein granted and duties hereby imposed, the board shall have power to make orders concerning disbursements; no member of the board shall receive any compensation for his services as such member but members of the board, and persons acting under the direction of said board shall be paid their actual necessary expenses, approved by said board, connected with the performance of the objects, powers or duties provided by this chapter. This act is expressly exempted from the provisions of sections 67-2007 and 67-2008 Idaho Code (Standard Travel Pay and Allowance Act of 1949).
