45-406 TIME FOR FILING LIENS FOR PURCHASE PRICE.

45-406. Time for filing liens for purchase price. The person granting the privilege mentioned in section 45-403 is entitled to the lien as provided therein for saw logs, spars, piles, cord wood and other timber, cut during the eight (8) months next preceding the filing of the claim, as provided in the next succeeding section.
