49-425 LOST CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE PLATE — DUPLICATES.

49-425. Lost certificate or license plate — Duplicates. In the event that any license plate or registration card issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be lost, mutilated, or become illegible, the person to whom the plate or registration card is issued shall make immediate application for and obtain a duplicate or replacement upon furnishing information of fact satisfactory to the department and upon payment of the required fees. The fee for duplicate or replacement plates is provided in sections 49-450 and 49-202(2)(f), Idaho Code, for a replacement registration card whether issued in print or electronically.
