50-306 PUBLIC CARRIERS.
Official statutory text
50-306. Public carriers. Cities shall have authority to regulate by ordinance and prescribe rules relating to levies, crossings, grounds, facilities for storing freight and goods, and the running of trains and public carriers within the limits of said city.
