54-401 STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION.
Official statutory text
54-401. State athletic commission. There is hereby created and established the state athletic commission in the division of occupational and professional licenses. The state athletic commission shall be administered by the state athletic commissioner who shall be appointed by the governor subject to confirmation by the senate and shall be subject to removal at the pleasure of the governor. The state athletic commissioner shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years and shall receive an honorarium not to exceed that provided in section 59-509(p), Idaho Code.
