70-502 CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED ON APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Official statutory text
70-502. Construction commenced on approval of plans and specifications. Upon approval by the board of examiners of the plans and specifications authorized to be prepared by section 70-501, the state reclamation engineer is hereby authorized and directed to commence construction of such outlet control structure. The provisions of section 67-2304, Idaho Code, (as amended,) shall have no application to the provisions of this act.
