70-506 EXEMPTIONS — REVERSION OF FUND.

70-506. Exemptions — Reversion of fund. The appropriation herein made is expressly exempt from the provisions of section 67-3509, and chapter 36, title 67, Idaho Code, and shall be immediately available; provided however that upon final completion of construction of said structure all moneys in the said Priest Lake outlet control structure construction fund shall revert to the general fund.
