Penalties.

Official statutory text

(1) A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.

(2) The director may impose a civil penalty of up to five hundred dollars on any person who violates any provision of this chapter for each day a violation continues. The director may adopt rules necessary to enforce and collect any penalties imposed pursuant to this chapter.
