Annual report.
Official statutory text
(1) The authority shall submit to the governor, the general assembly, and the attorney general, on or before December 31, annually, a report including information regarding all of the following:
(1) (a) Its operations and accomplishments.
(1) (b) Its receipts and expenditures during the previous fiscal year, in accordance with classifications it establishes for its operating and capital accounts.
(1) (c) Its assets and liabilities at the end of the previous fiscal year and the status of reserve, special, and other funds.
(1) (d) A schedule of its bonds outstanding at the end of the previous fiscal year, and a statement of the amounts redeemed and issued during the previous fiscal year.
(1) (e) A statement of its proposed and projected activities.
(1) (f) Recommendations to the governor and the general assembly, as deemed necessary.
(1) (g) Any other information deemed necessary.
(2) The annual report shall identify performance goals of the authority, and clearly indicate the extent of progress, during the reporting period, in attaining these goals.
