Annual report.

Official statutory text

(1) The authority shall submit to the governor and to the general assembly, not later than January 15 each year, an annual report.

(2) The annual report shall contain at least three parts which include all of the following:

(2) (a) A general description of the authority setting forth:

(2) (a) Operations and accomplishments.

(2) (a) Receipts and expenditures during the fiscal year, in accordance with the classifications the authority establishes for its operating and capital accounts.

(2) (a) Assets and liabilities at the end of the fiscal year and the status of reserve, special, and other funds.

(2) (a) A schedule of bonds and notes outstanding at the end of the fiscal year, together with a statement of the amounts redeemed and issued during the fiscal year.

(2) (a) A statement of proposed and projected activities.

(2) (a) Recommendations to the general assembly, as the authority deems necessary.

(2) (a) Performance goals of the authority, clearly indicating the extent of progress during the reporting period in attaining the goals.

(2) (b) A summary of housing programs administered under this chapter. The summary shall include an analysis of current housing needs in this state. Where possible, results shall be expressed in terms of housing units.

(2) (c) A summary of agricultural development programs administered under subchapter VIII. Where possible, findings and results shall be expressed in terms of number of loans, tax credits, participating qualified beginning farmers, and acres of agricultural land, by county.

(3) The director may, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, include in the report submitted under this section, any other annual report relating to a program or activity required to be prepared by the authority, the director, or the board and submitted to the general assembly.
