Permit and inspection fees.

Official statutory text

Annual inspection fees under this chapter shall be as follows:

(1) Permit fees.

(1) (a) One through ten rides, or devices or concessions, thirty dollars.

(1) (b) Eleven or more rides, or devices or concessions, forty dollars.

(2) Mechanical and electrical inspection fees for amusement rides and devices.

(2) (a) For rides which are designed for seventy-five pounds or less per passenger unit, seventy-five dollars for each inspection.

(2) (b) For rides which are designed for seventy-five pounds or more and for which the manufacturer’s recommended assembly time is less than forty work hours, one hundred ten dollars for each inspection.

(2) (c) For rides for which the manufacturer’s recommended assembly time is forty work hours or more, two hundred fifty dollars for each inspection.

(3) Electrical inspection of concession booths, and amusement devices fees, forty dollars each.
